IMPORTANT: Before you proceed to create your
account and activate a hosting plan using our Domain Manager be sure to read through this
tutorial in its entirety. If you feel that you are unable to complete the account
setup or hosting plan activation process, please use the Hosting Request Form and we will setup and activate your account for

highlighted in RED.
The
Domain Manager is an account administration utility. This utility gives you total
control over your account and allows you to manage multiple hosting plans independently
and interactively, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
To activate a hosting plan you first need
to create a web hosting account on our servers. To create a web hosting
account:
1. Select the button located next to a plan on our price page and submit
payment using our online process. 1 year advance payment is due immediately. You may
cancel at any time and fees for the unused portion of your service will be refunded
beginning with the next quarter. Payment must be made online with Visa or MasterCard.
2. Read through our service
agreement and click to accept.
3. Complete the "New
Account Set-up" form. Click "Submit" and you will be taken to the following
screen.
Your
new account has been created!

This account
can be used for all the services on this system. Please do not create another account
unless you need multiple services for different accounts.

4. Click on "Domain Manger" and you will be taken to the following screen.
WEB DOMAIN MANAGER
This area is for PAID web
accounts. Here you can manage your domain FULLY on the fly. You can take care of most
administration of your site from this control area. If you have any problems or questions
with this area, please forward them to support@gomytown.com.

5. Click on "CLICK HERE" and you will be taken to the following
screen.
IMPORTANT!
The domain name you enter on the
"CREATE A NEW DOMAIN" screen must be registered with your name as the either the
owner, administrative or technical contact. If you have not registered a domain name, CLICK
HERE to use our online domain search and registration utilities.

Entering sub-domain information will cause your site to NOT work correctly. Exceptions to
the rule are when you're hosting a registered international sub-domain, or when your root
domain is also hosted on our servers and you wish to setup a sub-domain of the main site
for full web hosting.
We host all world-wide domains as long as you point the domain name to our name servers.
Be sure that you own this domain.
6. Enter your domain name as
instructed. Wait for the system to activate your domain. Be patient while the server
executes your instruction. You will be taken to the following screen.
Your
domain has been entered into the database!
Your domain still needs to be paid for and configured.

7. Click on
"here" and you will be taken to the following screen.
This area is for
PAID web accounts. Here you can manage your domain FULLY on the fly. You can take care of
most administration of your site from this control area. If you have any problems or

8. Click on
"Create this domain now" and you will be taken to the following
screen.

features are? Click here and a window will pop up with the current
pricing plans.

9. Click on the
plan of your choice and you will be taken to the following screen. Please select the button that
corresponds to the plan you selected when submitting your online payment. Selecting a
different plan will result in a delay to your service to accomodate a manual billing
adjustment.
(We will use the "Bronze" plan for the remainder of this tutorial.)

Upon submitting this form, you agree to pay any setup fees included with this domain. You
also agree to pay the monthly charges as outlined in our web hosting plans. When you click
below, your site will be created. This process will take about 30 seconds, please be
patient while the servers configure your domain. There are several steps that are taken to
complete this process internally. Please only click ONCE to avoid your site not being
configured properly.

Be sure that your web files are placed in the PUBLIC folder to be viewed on the Internet.
Your name servers must be changed at the place you registered your domain name to:
