Obama's minions

''It should be clear by now that my focus here is not freedom of speech or the press. This freedom is all too often exaggerated. At the very least blind references to freedom of speech or the press serve as a distraction of the critical examination of other communication polices ''...Mark Loyd

Loyd has called for a ''confrontational movement'' to give public broadcasting a dominate role in communication over the private sector. His official FCC bio notes that he was general counsel of Benton Foundation. This groups agenda as noted in an AIM Report calls for ''The plan for Government -Funded Socialist Media'' to spearhead efforts to get ''stimulus money'' in the hands of progressive groups.Lots more on this guy for anyone wishing to do some homework.

Office of information officer Cass Sunstein wrote in 2008 that anyone who speaks out against the government or the regime in power is spreading ''conspiracy theories.'' It doesn't matter if the information is good or bad , he maintains that the government must employ covert agents to ''cognitively infiltrate online groups and websites as well as other activist groups which advocate views that are false about the government.'' Even if the groups provide correct information Sunstein feels the need to discredited dissenting voices to ''increase the citizens faith in government officials.''

There is a lot about this guy that is scary. Again do some homework.Beware you should not be on drugs when you do your homework.

More to come if I get the chance.I still think they want to control the Internet....

The Benton Foundation promotes diversity in media and greater local ownership and control. The way things used to be. The selective quote from Mark lloyd is referencing how major corporations are attempting to turn what is an issue of monopoly control of media into an issue of free speech.

How free is speech if you have no outlet to express your views? As corporations gain increasing control, they will also be able to limit diversity of opinion. This is the essence of the net neutrality issue, as well. BF and his tea party friends are being led around by the nose like cattle to the slaughter.

WASHINGTON - December 21, 2010 -- A divided Federal Communications Commission has approved new rules meant to prohibit broadband companies from interfering with Internet traffic flowing to their customers.

The 3-2 vote Tuesday marks a major victory for FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski, who has spent more than a year trying to craft a compromise.

The FCC's three Democrats voted to pass the rules, while the two Republicans opposed them, arguing that they amount to unnecessary regulation. The new rules are likely to face intense scrutiny on Capitol Hill once Republicans take over the House. Meanwhile, public interest groups decried the regulations as too weak, particularly for wireless systems.

Known as "net neutrality," the rules prohibit phone and cable companies from favoring or discriminating against Internet content and services, such as those from rivals.

It would be interesting to find out who is' behind 'the ''public interest groups'' My challenge to go Aston people is look up the backgrounds of the people that the President has surrounded himself with. Read their own words and then see if all they really want is diversity. The Internet has worked very well. Net neutrality is a solution running around looking for a problem. It is camouflage for the real intent. The only people led around by the nose are the indoctrinated left leaning zombies that think that there is a utopia waiting on the other side of the rainbow.I will continue to introduce you to the people surrounding the President and using their own words to do so.If you do your own homework you will want to move the next election cycle up, and fast.

By the way there was a progressive movement in Congress to hand power of the Internet over to the President in the case of 'emergency.' It failed as it should have. The progressives won't stop until we do it for them. The last election was only the first step in a long line of steps. Keeping the new Congress in line will be the next step in that long fight ahead. The current Congress needs to go home before they figure out how to further screw the country.

Today's vote is not the end of it. They didn't have the power to act on their own , and they know it.

All I have to do is use their own words. Speeches they made, books, papers they wrote...That way it is not any one's opinion, but theirs. Nothing more telling then that.Come to think of it with better control of Internet content no one would be able to that, would they? Well I guess the next step would be book burnings....lol

Back to work. goodbye.

And was this all your own words, or were they taken from a source. And do you know for sure that the source is accurate and quoted others correctly?

I hope whatever work you are doing does not involve research.
