So today is the day for a possible hatch according to the timeline. I noticed they took the bait if you will of the fresh hay that was brought over to the farm for the Eagles by people in the know to pad the nest amidst the snow covered fields. Pretty cool.

Yes, there are a lot of the cams out there now. A few years ago I watched the owls down south. Osprey have taken over that nest. I think they are great, unlike the cams of Gods creatures in captivity being filmed like the Giraffe my wife has been keeping tabs on. Would much rather see how nature is in the wild vs. captivity.

Not one but both eggs have a pip today along with a lot of chirping. I suspect we will see some action tomorrow.

Fresh fish in the nest just minutes ago still flopping around and the second chick about to break out. Looking good for successful year.
