Does Pennsylvania have an illegal alien problem?

Is it time for Pennsylvania to do something about the illegal alien invasion from our southern borders? Do you feel illegal aliens are taking American jobs and burdening our social services and hospitals? Do you think all towns in Pennsylvania need to adopt the Hazleton Illegal Immigration Relief Act?
